Looking at the verses related to breastfeeding and custody as well as the jurisprudential rulings regarding these two legal jurisprudential institutions, we find that the child's need for emotional, legal and legal support has been fully considered by the Holy Quran and the jurisprudence derived from it. This view causes that the weakness and special situation of children do not have an adverse effect on the health of their current and future behavior. Because obviously the social behavior of children is rooted in the kind of laws that have been enacted to protect them. Therefore, in jurisprudence and religious sources, the behavior of parents with children has been considered and legislated from birth. These laws, which are stated in the section on custody and breastfeeding in jurisprudential books and in two areas of binding (obligation and sanctity) and desirable (abhorrence and hatred), can be a suitable model for legislation. In this article, some of the effects of binding and desirable jurisprudential rulings that have a favorable effect on the health of children's social behavior have been studied in this article. Considering the effects of the issue of custody and breastfeeding on the behavioral health of the child and also considering the Quranic arguments of this issue, it seems that custody is not only a right, but also a duty of the family and especially the mother.
