اThe need to cover women is one of the indisputable teachings of Islam and the jurists
Although the ruling on its necessity is based on the verses of the Qur'an, its limits and how it has been disputed by jurists.
In this article, the rational and narrative arguments of the jurists have been examined.
Here are some of the achievements of the present study
Within the scope of cover-up against non-mahrams, the reasons of some jurists for the necessity of a large face and a shroud are not complete.
Despite the inconsistency between the permission of discovery and opinion, from the narrations of non-permission of opinion, the great necessity has been concluded.
The jurists' views on covering against the incestuous have varied from covering "only the private parts" to "the whole body except the face and the shroud".
The reason is also the citation of weak and personal narrations.
As in the rulings on covering the prayer, it has caused fatwas such as the necessity of covering the whole body except the position of prostration.
