Permission to ask for children when entering the parents' resting place is so important that God addressed it in verse 58 of Surah Noor and instructed the believers to teach their children to observe this matter in three special times. Accordingly, the main purpose of the present study is the interpretive jurisprudential analysis of this verse, which was done in an analytical-descriptive manner by collecting research data from books, articles and databases related to the research topic. Findings showed that from an interpretive point of view, asking for permission from children and other related persons when entering the parents 'bedroom is an important educational method according to which children and children are allowed to enter the parents' bedroom and enter without their permission. They do not. Also, from a jurisprudential point of view, the gathering of parents has a strong aversion despite the awakened child who has the ability to describe situations. This hatred is for both boys and girls and must be observed by men of weight, and in addition to discriminating children, it also includes non-audited children who understand the issues and describe them.
